Day 1: Arrival – Yerevan City Tour

Upon arrival at Zvartnots International Airport, our friendly guide will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Once you check in, the rest of the day is free for you to relax after your journey. You may choose to explore the nearby streets of Yerevan, enjoy a casual walk, or simply rest at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, you can spend the day at leisure, enjoying Yerevan at your own pace. Alternatively, you may join an optional half-day city tour (AED 135 per person).

On this guided tour, you will:

  • Visit Tsitsernakaberd Memorial and Museum, dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
  • Stop at the Monument of Mother Armenia, symbolizing peace and strength.
  • Walk through the Victory Park, a popular green escape for locals.

After breakfast, you have another free day to explore Yerevan on your own. For a deeper experience, you may join an optional full-day excursion to Tsaghkadzor and Lake Sevan (AED 170 per person).

  • Meet your guide in the hotel lobby at 9:00 AM and begin the scenic drive to Tsaghkadzor, one of Armenia’s most popular resorts, located about 55 km north of Yerevan. Known for its crisp mountain air and beautiful slopes, Tsaghkadzor is a favorite destination for skiing, hiking, and nature walks.
  • Take a ropeway ride to the mountaintop and enjoy a panoramic view of Mount Ararat, the iconic symbol of Armenia.
  • Visit the historic Kecharis Monastery Complex (11th–13th centuries), once an important spiritual and educational center in medieval Armenia. Its stone architecture, perfectly proportioned and beautifully designed, reflects both majesty and grace.
  • Continue to Lake Sevan, often called the “Pearl of Armenia.” At 1,900 meters above sea level, it is one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes in the world.
  • On the lake’s peninsula, explore Sevanavank Monastery, built in 874 AD. The two ancient churches standing side by side offer a window into Armenia’s rich past and are surrounded by stunning views of the blue waters of Sevan.
  • Before heading back to Yerevan, enjoy some free time for shopping at one of the city’s modern malls.
