Simplified Terms & Conditions for Gulliver Holidays LLC
Payment and Fare Conditions
- Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received. Until then, Gulliver Holidays LLC and airlines reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
- Any increase in airfare or applicable taxes before full payment will be communicated and must be paid by the customer.
Booking Accuracy and Errors
- It is the customer’s responsibility to report any booking or ticketing errors within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
Schedule Changes and Flight Timings
- Gulliver Holidays LLC is not responsible for any schedule changes made by airlines after ticket issuance. We will inform customers if airlines notify us, but we strongly advise all customers to reconfirm their flight timings at least 24 hours before departure.
Refunds and Cancellations
- All tickets are subject to the respective airline’s cancellation and date change policies. Some tickets are non-refundable but may be reused as per airline rules.
- Partially or half-used tickets are non-refundable.
- Refunds for “No Show” cases are governed by airline policy.
- Full refunds may incur a processing fee per ticket.
- Refund timelines: Full cancellations are usually processed within 21 business days; partial cancellations may take up to three months.
Fare Types and Restrictions
- Special fares are governed by specific rules which may limit eligibility for upgrades or changes. Contact the airline or Gulliver Holidays LLC for clarification.
- Open tickets are valid for a fixed period, and changes can only be made within that validity.
Loyalty Programs and Mileage
- Frequent flyer mileage accrual is at the discretion of the airline. Gulliver Holidays LLC does not guarantee mileage benefits.
Travel with Infants and Children
- An infant is defined as a child under 24 months throughout the entire trip. If a child turns 24 months before the return journey, a child fare will apply.
- Only one infant per adult is allowed. Additional infants will be charged under child fare.
- Some airlines do not permit minors to travel alone or with young adults. Please verify airline-specific rules before booking.
Amendments and Cancellations Assistance
- Customers must contact our support team for date changes and cancellations. Assistance will be provided, though some cases may require direct contact with the airline.
- Gulliver Holidays LLC charges a service fee per passenger for date changes and cancellations, in addition to airline penalties.
- Airlines may also charge a Refund Administration Fee (RAF) per passenger.
Booking Confirmation and Rebooking
- In rare cases where a reservation cannot be confirmed, we will attempt to contact the customer. Customers must respond within 48 hours to secure the booking. Any fare changes during this time will apply.
Travel Documentation
- Customers must ensure they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, tickets, health certificates, insurance). Gulliver Holidays LLC is not liable for any issues arising due to invalid or missing documents.
Insurance
- If insurance is booked with the ticket, it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Visa Requirements
- Customers are responsible for verifying visa requirements with the relevant consulate or airline. Gulliver Holidays LLC does not provide visa advice and is not liable for issues related to visas.
