Holders of ordinary UAE passports can enter Azerbaijan without a visa and stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period.
UAE residents whose residence permit is valid for more than 6 months can get a 30-day visa on arrival at the E-ASAN self-service kiosk in Baku airport.
If your residence permit has under 6 months left, apply online for the ASAN e-Visa instead. Standard processing takes about 3 working days; urgent is around 3 hours.
