Pattaya & Bangkok — 5-Day Itinerary

Here's how your 4-night Thailand trip flows. Flights, hotels, transfers, your English-speaking guide and all listed entrance tickets are included; the evening shows and Bangkok add-ons are optional extras.

DAY1

Arrive Bangkok — Transfer to Pattaya Included

Land at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, where our representative meets you and drives you down to Pattaya — about two hours, and your first taste of Thai life through the window. Check in, unwind, and the evening is yours.

Optional this evening: the Alcazar Cabaret Show — 70 minutes of glittering costumes and full-throttle staging that's been running for over 30 years and gets compared, fairly, to the Moulin Rouge. Overnight in Pattaya.

DAY2

Coral Island (Koh Lan) Included

After breakfast, a short boat ride out to the turquoise water and powder-white sand of Koh Lan:

  • Glass-bottom boat — parrotfish, sea urchins and coral gardens beneath your feet.
  • Parasailing or a banana boat ride, if you fancy the adrenaline.
  • Or simply do nothing at all on one of Thailand's loveliest beaches.

A buffet seafood lunch is available on the island — payable locally, as the package is quoted without it. Overnight in Pattaya.

DAY3

Pattaya to Bangkok & Half-Day City Tour Included

Check out and head back to the capital, stopping at the Gems Gallery en route. Then straight into your guided half-day tour:

  • Wat Traimit, the Golden Buddha Temple — home to a 5.5-tonne solid gold Buddha, and worth every bit of the fuss.
  • Wat Benchamabophit, the Marble Temple — Italian Carrara marble under classic Thai roofs, and one of the calmest spots in Bangkok.

Check in to your Bangkok hotel; the evening is free. Overnight in Bangkok.

DAY4

Bangkok at Leisure Optional

Shop the malls and street markets, or add one of these:

  • Safari World & Marine Park — animal shows and rides; the reliable family win.
  • Floating Market — longtail boats, mango sticky rice and colour everywhere.
  • Madame Tussauds Bangkok — wax figures and very silly photos.

Longer trip? We can swap this day for Phuket or Chiang Mai. Overnight in Bangkok.

DAY5

Departure from Bangkok

A final Thai breakfast, then check out and transfer to the airport for your flight home — with a bag full of silk, spices and far too many temple photos.

Best Time to Visit Thailand

November to February is Thailand at its best — warm, dry and blue-skied. March to May is genuinely hot. June to October is the green season: short, heavy afternoon downpours, but the lowest prices of the year and landscapes at their most lush. Worth knowing if you travel in the UAE summer break.

SeasonMonthsWeatherWhy go
Cool & DryNov – FebWarm 25–32°C, low humidity, blue skiesBest overall — beaches, islands and temples at their finest; peak season
HotMar – MayHot 33–40°C, humidSongkran water festival in April; fewer crowds before the rains
Green / RainyJun – Oct28–33°C, short heavy afternoon showersLowest prices, lush landscapes; the Gulf coast stays drier than the Andaman
ShoulderOct & MarWarm with occasional rainGreat value — good weather returning, crowds not yet arrived

Nov–Feb Best

The sweet spot: dry, sunny and comfortable, with the islands at their calmest and clearest. Perfect for honeymoons, beaches and temple-hopping — and it lines up neatly with the UAE winter break.

Jul–Aug Family peak · Green season

It matches UAE school holidays, but this is the rainy season. Expect short, heavy afternoon downpours rather than all-day washouts — and enjoy noticeably lower prices. We'd point you to the Gulf coast, which stays drier than Phuket in these months.

Mar–May Hot & festive

Thailand's hottest stretch — 40°C is not unusual. But mid-April brings Songkran, the nationwide water festival, which is one of the great travel experiences on earth if you don't mind being drenched by strangers.

Entry made easy

Thailand Visa & TDAC for UAE Residents

Two things every traveller must get right in 2026 — and most Thailand pages still mention neither. First, the TDAC is now compulsory for everyone, visa or no visa. Second, Thailand cut its visa-free allowances in May 2026. As always, it's your passport nationality that decides the rules, not your UAE residence visa.

🚨 TDAC — mandatory for everyone

Since 1 May 2025 every foreign traveller must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card online, within 72 hours of arrival, at tdac.immigration.go.th. It's free — any site charging you for it is a scam. You'll get a QR code that immigration scans on landing.

UAE passport holders

Visa-exempt on arrival. Note the allowance was reduced in the May 2026 rollback — comfortably enough for any of our packages, but confirm the current limit with us.

Indian & Filipino passports

Currently visa-exempt for tourism, though the 2026 rollback cut the permitted stay. Our trips are 5–8 days, so you're well inside it either way.

⚠️ Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan & Nepali

A visa is required before you fly. The visa-on-arrival list was cut in May 2026, so don't count on sorting it at the airport. We arrange the e-Visa or consulate tourist visa for you.

🧾 Immigration may ask for a confirmed return ticket, proof of accommodation (both in your package) and proof of funds — roughly THB 10,000 per person or THB 20,000 per family. ✈️ Flights from Dubai to Bangkok take around 6 hours direct; Thailand is 3 hours ahead of UAE time.

Thailand's visa policy changed materially in May 2026 and remains under review. Entry is at the sole discretion of Thai immigration. Complete the TDAC only at the official portal (tdac.immigration.go.th) — it is free of charge. We confirm current requirements & fees for your passport before you travel.

Thailand Packages — FAQs

Our Thailand packages include round-trip economy airfare from the UAE, 4 nights at 4★ hotels in Pattaya and Bangkok, all transfers and tours on a shared coach basis, a professional English-speaking tour guide, entrance tickets to listed attractions, the full-day Coral Island (Koh Lan) tour and premium travel insurance. Lunches, dinners and visa fees are extra.

Our Pattaya & Bangkok package starts from AED 2,899 per person for 4 nights, including flights, hotels, tours and your guide — down from AED 3,999. Honeymoon, family and grand-tour packages range from around AED 3,799 to AED 6,900 per person depending on hotels, islands and domestic flights.

It depends on your passport, not your UAE residence visa — and the rules changed in May 2026. UAE passport holders are visa-exempt on arrival. Indian and Filipino passport holders are currently visa-exempt for tourism, though the permitted stay was reduced in the 2026 rollback (our trips are well inside it). Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and Nepali passport holders must obtain a visa before flying — the visa-on-arrival list was cut in May 2026, so don't rely on sorting it at the airport. We confirm your exact route and arrange the visa for you.

Yes — everyone does. Since 1 May 2025 the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) has been mandatory for every foreign traveller entering Thailand, including visa-exempt ones. You complete it online within 72 hours of arrival at tdac.immigration.go.th and receive a QR code that immigration scans on landing. It is completely free — any website charging you for a TDAC is a scam. We send you the link and a step-by-step guide.

November to February is the best window: warm, dry and clear, ideal for beaches, islands and temples. March to May is very hot, though mid-April brings the Songkran water festival. June to October is the green season — short, heavy afternoon showers, the lowest prices of the year, and a Gulf coast that stays drier than Phuket.

4 nights comfortably covers Pattaya, Coral Island and Bangkok's main temples. Allow 6–8 days to add Phuket, Krabi and the Phi Phi islands, or to fly north to Chiang Mai.

Direct flights from Dubai to Bangkok take around 6 hours. Thailand is 3 hours ahead of UAE time, so an overnight flight lands you there in good shape for the morning.

Yes. You can split your booking into easy, interest-free instalments with Tabby and Tamara, plus we accept major cards and bank EMI. Ask your consultant about current payment plans.

Halal food is widely available across Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and Krabi, with plenty of halal-certified restaurants in the main tourist areas. Thailand is also outstanding for families — Safari World, Ramayana Water Park, Underwater World Pattaya and Nong Nooch Garden are all in our Family Fun package, with family rooms as standard.

Every package is a starting point. Add Phuket, Krabi or Chiang Mai, upgrade to a beachfront resort, or combine Thailand with Singapore, Malaysia or Bali on one Southeast Asia trip — just tell us what you have in mind.
