Here's how your 6-night journey flows, from Hanoi in the north to Ho Chi Minh in the south. International flights, hotels, the overnight Halong Bay cruise, private tours and all entrance tickets are included. One honest note up front: the two internal domestic flights are quoted separately — they're flagged on the days below.

Head out to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, the vast underground network of the war years, then explore the city:

Enjoy a final Vietnamese breakfast and, depending on your flight time, a last wander for coffee and souvenirs before we transfer you to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your journey home.
Vietnam stretches over 1,600 km from north to south, so it never has a single "best" season — the north, centre and south each run their own clock. For a trip that takes in all three like this one, February to April is the sweet spot: dry and pleasant almost everywhere. The one window to plan around is autumn, when central Vietnam around Hoi An can flood.
| Season | Months | Weather | Why go |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spring | Feb – Apr | Dry & mild across all regions | Best overall — the ideal window for the full Hanoi-to-HCMC route |
| Summer | May – Aug | Hot; humid north, sunny central coast | Great for central beaches; expect short afternoon showers in the south |
| Autumn | Sep – Nov | Typhoon & flood risk in the centre | The window to plan around — Hoi An & Da Nang can flood, especially Oct–Nov |
| Winter | Dec – Jan | Cool, dry north & south; misty Halong | Lovely in the south; pack a light jacket for Hanoi & the bay |
The one window that works from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh at once: dry, mild and clear, with calm seas for the Halong cruise and no flooding in the centre. Ideal for couples and photography.
Vietnamese New Year falls in late January or February. It's a wonderful time to witness, but many businesses close, domestic flights fill up and prices spike — so if your dates land near Tet, book well in advance.
This is peak rain and typhoon season for central Vietnam, and Hoi An genuinely floods some years. If you travel then, we re-sequence the itinerary and keep a close eye on forecasts.
Here's the honest position: almost everyone travelling from the UAE needs a Vietnam e-visa — UAE, Indian, Pakistani, Filipino and Bangladeshi passports are all outside Vietnam's visa-waiver lists, and your residence visa doesn't change that. The good news is it's the easiest visa in the region: one online form, about USD 25, and we handle it for you.
Valid up to 90 days, applied for entirely online. About USD 25 for single entry, issued in roughly 3–5 working days. Open to all nationalities since 2023.
This trip enters at Hanoi and leaves from Ho Chi Minh, with the internal flights staying inside Vietnam — so a single-entry e-visa covers the whole journey.
Apply at evisa.gov.vn. Many look-alike sites charge two to three times the real fee — we submit through the official channel on your behalf.
Each person needs their own e-visa; children can't be added to a parent's. Passport valid 6+ months beyond entry, with a digital photo and passport scan.
Visa rules differ by nationality and can change. Entry is at the sole discretion of Vietnamese immigration. Apply only via the official portal (evisa.gov.vn) or through us — we confirm current requirements & fees for your passport before you travel.
Mix and match these experiences into any package — just tell your consultant what you'd love to do.

Our Vietnam packages include round-trip international economy airfare, 4★ hotels in Hanoi, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh, an overnight Halong Bay cruise with full board, daily breakfast plus all meals shown on the itinerary, all private transfers and guided city tours, every entrance ticket including the Ba Na Hills cable car, and travel insurance. The two internal domestic flights and the Vietnam e-visa are the main items quoted separately.
Our Vietnam Signature package — Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh over 6 nights — starts from AED 6,699 per person, down from AED 8,999. Honeymoon, family and grand-tour versions range from around AED 6,900 to AED 9,900 per person depending on hotels, beaches and the length of the trip.
Almost everyone travelling from the UAE does — UAE, Indian, Pakistani, Filipino and Bangladeshi passports are all outside Vietnam's visa-waiver lists, and a UAE residence visa doesn't exempt you. The good news is that it's the easiest visa in the region: a 100% online e-visa, valid up to 90 days, costing about USD 25 for single entry and issued in roughly 3 to 5 working days. A single-entry e-visa covers this whole trip, and we prepare and submit the application for you through the official portal.
No — and this is the one thing to budget for. The itinerary uses two internal flights (Hanoi to Da Nang, and Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh) that are required to link the north, centre and south, but they are quoted separately from the headline package price. We book them for you at the current fare so there are no surprises, and you'll see the cost clearly before you confirm.
Because the country runs from north to south, February to April is the sweet spot for a trip like this — dry and pleasant across all three regions, with calm seas for the Halong cruise. The window to plan around is October and November, when central Vietnam around Hoi An can flood. If your dates fall near Tet (Vietnamese New Year, late January or February), book well ahead, as flights fill and prices rise.
Our Signature route covers Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh in 6 nights, which is a comfortable first taste of the whole country. Allow 9 to 10 days to add the Sapa rice terraces in the far north or the Mekong Delta in the south for a fuller grand tour.
Flights from Dubai to Vietnam take around 7.5 hours. Vietnam is 3 hours ahead of UAE time, so an overnight flight lands you there ready for the day.
Yes. An overnight cruise on Halong Bay is part of the Signature package, with lunch and dinner served on board, a cabin for the night, and time to explore caves, floating villages and hidden lagoons. For many travellers it's the highlight of the whole trip.
Every package is a starting point. You can add Sapa, Ninh Binh or the Mekong Delta, extend with beach time in Phu Quoc or Da Nang, upgrade to 5★ hotels and a private guide, or combine Vietnam with Thailand or Cambodia on one Southeast Asia trip — just tell us what you have in mind.
The currency is the Vietnamese Dong (VND). Cards are accepted in hotels and larger restaurants, but carry cash for markets, street food and taxis. Halal food is readily available in the main cities and tourist areas, with halal-certified restaurants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in particular, and we're happy to arrange halal meal options throughout your tour.
Travelling to Vietnam? These Southeast Asian neighbours pair beautifully — many travellers link Vietnam with Thailand or Cambodia, or add a beach finish, on the same trip. Flights, hotels, tours and visa help in one price. Tap any destination to see its packages.
Tell us your dates and group and we'll send a tailored Vietnam quote — flights, hotels, the Halong Bay cruise, private tours and full e-visa help, all in one price. Free, fast, no obligation.
Please note: Prices are indicative, per person on twin-sharing, and subject to availability. They may change due to airline fares, hotel availability, seasonal demand, exchange rates and supplier updates. Entry requirements are at the sole discretion of the respective immigration authority. Inclusions and exclusions vary by package and travel date. Please confirm the final itinerary, pricing and terms with our travel consultant before booking.
The two internal domestic flights and the Vietnam e-visa are quoted separately from the headline price, and we confirm both before you book. Optional extensions (Sapa, Ninh Binh, the Mekong Delta and Phu Quoc) are available at a supplement and can be added to your package on request.
